Question : Is it okay to go swimming with a strep throat after being on antibiotics for 48 hours?

It is okay to go swimming after 3 days course of Zithromax .

Hi, Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

In my opinion , if you don't have cold , fever & any ear complain then it is okay to go swimming after 3 days course of Zithromax .

I would advice , also use antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily .
