Brief Answer:
Detailed below . Get investigation done for diagnosis and treatment plan.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

This is Dr. Priyanka Tiwari answering your query.

I have read your query and understand your concern. As far as you want to go for implant supported denture and your dentist told that you have bone loss also.
i will suggest you to go for investigation first that is full mouth radiograph (OPG) for proper diagnosis. If OPG radiograph reveals more bone loss then you can go for bone grafting and then implant treatment.
If you have radiograph then please upload and if you dont have it get it done and upload it. i will help you in giving diagnosis and treatment plan.

Hope this will help you.
