Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
Harvoni (ledipasvir / sofosbuvir) is in the combinations drug of antiviral group whereas Trazodone (antidepressants) is used to treat anxiety and insomnia related to depression.
And Depakote (divalproex sodium) is a prescription based anti-epileptic drug used to treat epilepsy, some mood disorders (like bipolar disorder) and migraine headaches.
However, there is no clear cut clinical evidence of any drug interaction between Harvoni and Depakote with Trazodone,so you may take them.
But choose different timing for depakote and trazodone since both these drugs have same side effects like giddiness, lack of concentration and drowsiness.
You may consult your doctor for time adjustment who will know about it and may better guide you.
Hope this helps.
