Brief Answer:
Probably serotonin syndrome, I suggest you to go to the emergency room.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

My name is dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to high levels of serotonin or serotonin syndrome.
These medications are not recommended to be taken together due to interaction.
Taking these medications together can cause tremor, tachycardia and other symptoms.

So,I suggest you to go to the emergency room as soon as possible for further treatment.

Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have any other questions feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
