Question : Trying to get pregnant is it better to have sex at high fertlity or peak when using an opk. Also same question if using frozen washed sperm

Do it at the peak of OPK

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is better to have sex or frozen washed sperm inoculation at peak of the opk kit.
Because after peak which implies peak of LH levels in body it take 12-24 hours for egg to be released from the follicle in ovary and reach the fallopian tube.

When opk says peak then do sex as soon as possible and take a note of the following points -
1) try to keep a pillow beneath your buttocks after sex so that gravitational force keeps the semen inside your vagina for a longer time.
2) should not get up for at least 20-25 minutes
3) try conventional position of sex female lying down on bed
4) maximum chances of conception are in day 10-18 of the cycle in case you have regular cycles.
