Question : I am taking Atorva 10 mg on daily basis for high cholesterol. I have started 45 mins Yoga and 45 mins brisk walking on regular basis and planning to stop taking Atorva 10 mg and repeat the lipid profile test after 4months.
Is this right decision to follow? Please advise.

Also I would like to know
1. Your age
2. Any history of diabetes or hypertension or any other chronic illness
3. Any family history of heart disease in first degree relatives
4. Smoking habit
