Question : I am feeling a blister in my throat from one month, earlier also feel at different parts in throat. I am smoker. Is it may be throat cancer?

There could be some chances of cancerous or precancerous lesions. However more chances of infection. Anyways a biopsy will be needed to confirm the diagnosis.
Please see an ENT specialist and get the diagnosis confirmed.
Meanwhile stop smoking or using any such eatables that may irritate the lesion.
