Is It Normal For 4 Month Old Baby To Have Excessive Sweating?

Question: My 4 month old baby sweats alot her hair gets wet from all the sweat and even if its not hot she still sweats is that normal???

I understand that the baby is sweating a lot, but that probably indicates that the temperature is a bit more than at which the baby is comfortable. You must be keeping the baby wrapped so that the baby remains warm. Just loosen the wrapping so that the baby can get some air. You would soon understand what is optimal for your baby. You need not worry. It is not abnormal for a baby to be sweating and you need not worry about that.

Let me mention that breast milk is the best possible food for a baby and there can be no alternatives for the same. If the baby is exclusively breast fed, you simply have nothing to worry about.
