Question : I have freckles (age spots) all over body they swell when I take a hot bath or shower, is that normal?

Yes freckles are heat sensitive and swell if they are exposed to hot water.I would suggest tepid, lukewarm water(just warm) for showers.
Always bring it to the notice of your primary physician if at all you notice a change in there shape, appearance or size.
