Question: I was diagnosed with Thrush and prescribed Fluconazole. Is it normal to be coughing up yellow-green mucus plugs?

Hello,

No this is not normal.
This is suggestive of lung infection.
And thrush is not causing lung infection directly.
But it can predispose lung infection due to poor oral hygiene.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and chest X-ray.
