Brief Answer:
MTP kit( abortion pill) can only be taken under supervision.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for trusting us about your sister's health care.
I can understand your concerns but abortion pills can only be taken under supervision because sometimes it may cause severe bleeding, infection and incomplete abortion.
Can you please tell me the details of pills ( how many pills she had and when).
Bleeding usually starts 2-4 hrs. after taking mesoprostol.
So please give some more details, so I will be able to give my opinion about it.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Regards

1 mifepristone on 1pm on 7/4/2015 after that 2 misoprostol orally nd 2 misoprostol vaginally on 8/4/2015 at 4pm nd bleeding started by 7pm bleeding was just like glue types
Brief Answer:
Get her ultrasound done.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Sorry to say but timing of drug is not appropriate.
Usually bleeding starts 2-4 hrs.after taking first dose of mesoprostol and initially bleeding is heavy associated with pain to expel the product of conception.
If bleeding is light than she should consult a Gynaecologist and get herself examined to see the cause and whether she should repeat the pill or not.
She should go for ultrasound pelvis to see either it is ectopic or she continues the pregnancy.
Hope it is useful.
Regards

She got heavy pain but bleeding was in black nd brown not normal like periods she got bleeding in pieces
Brief Answer:
That means her products are out.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As you said she had bleeding in pieces that means her product is out with pain.
Is she able to see the product of conception?
Than why you are saying light bleeding?
Bleeding in the form of pieces denotes heavy bleeding.
So maybe product is out than bleeding decreases in amount.
Feel free to ask more.
