Question : I'm 38 and 26 weeks pregnant with my first child. I feel a little but stressed as working at 7.40 and feel unrested. Is this normal please?

Feeling stressed is not normal in pregnancy.

Common causes of feeling stressed in pregnancy might be work related or anemia.

i will advise you to get your hemoglobin checked and take adequate rest.

Also adequate balanced diet is essential with plenty of juice and green vegetables.

Age is also a factor and at 38 you should be extra careful.
