Question : I'm 38 and 26 weeks pregnant with my first child. I feel a little but stressed as working at 7.40 and feel unrested. Is this normal please?
Brief Answer:
Not normal.
Detailed Answer:
hi,
I can understand your concerns.
Feeling stressed is not normal in pregnancy.
Common causes of feeling stressed in pregnancy might be work related or anemia.
i will advise you to get your hemoglobin checked and take adequate rest.
Also adequate balanced diet is essential with plenty of juice and green vegetables.
Age is also a factor and at 38 you should be extra careful.
