Brief Answer:
Should disappear

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in

As a matter of fact the pain should disappear in few days

Hopefully the pancreas was normal before surgery ?

Avoid fermented and spicy meals

Take a good antiinflammatory agent twice a day for five to seven days, if it does not subside in a weeks time postoperatively get a complete blood count and an ultrasound done

Hope this helps

Brief Answer:
Need an USG

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in

As mentioned earlier I would need an ultrasound to come to a conclusive diagnosis

In the mean time take tramadazol 37.5 mg twice a day for pain management
