Is It Normal To Have A Little Secretion From The Glands When Squeezed?

Question: Hi, please could you tell me if it is normal to have a little secretion that is white/ cream from the glands when squeezed.
I usually can squeeze out a little liquid but this time it looked a little more white/ cream colour.
