Brief Answer: It may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc Detailed Answer: Hello XXXX Thanks for writing to us Bleeding during ejaculation need proper clinical examination and investigation. It may be due to problem in prostate like prostatitis,urinary tract infection etc. You need routine hemogram,RBS,urine RE/ME,Urine culture and sensitivity,Ultrasound of abdomen.Trans rectal sonography can be done if needed.
