Brief Answer:
There seems to be nothing wrong

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Health Care Magic, Thanks for writing to us,

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad, I have read your question, I understand your concern and will try to help you in the best possible way.

MY OPINION :
I would like yo assure you that there DOES NOT seem to be any problem in this. He was sleeping and didn't eat during that period so his sugar was at 77 .

This is just normal, this is not a level at which some body would be in danger or would suffer sweating.

His sweating seems just normal.
There can be different explanations to this,

For example there are some kids who naturally sweat more than others.

Then you have to check if temperature of the room is okay for him. The room or his clothes aren't too warm.

Some kids usually sleep real still they don't change postures much so when one part of body stays in contact with the bed for long time it may sweat.

END NOTE:

There seems to be nothing wrong, i understand your concern about your son as a mother but I would reassure you that there seems to be nothing wrong with him so don't panic.

I Hope this answers your question, if your have more queries feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it. Wish you and your family the best of health.

Stay blessed and have a great weekend :)
