Question : My period looks like it has sand or coffee grounds in it. Is this normal?

I had sex on December 2nd and the person did not ejaculate inside me but I took Plan B because I was nervous. I had sex again on December 19th during my period. After that, I developed what I believe was BV. I did a homeopathic treatment for it from Target that is inserted vaginally. I got my period 2 days ago, January 14th. At first it was light, then it got pretty heavy, now it is lighter and has the grainy, XXXXXXX texture.
