Question: Good morning, I had one wisdom tooth out on Monday with local and I'm quite tired and have a little nausea. Is this normal? Thanks XXXXXXX

The common side effects after a local anaesthesia for a dental procedure includes a numb feeling around the mouth and in the tongue, anxiety or excitement, tremors or twitching, low blood pressure, nausea, dizziness, etc. All theses are well tolerated self limiting minor side effects and they gradually improve in 5-7 days without any treatment.
