Question : what could it be if testicle are tender or sore when lightly squeezed

It is nothing unusual as this are the only internal organs located outside. So if you find this sensitiveness same as always, nothing wrong is going on. However if you have noticed testicles more sensitive than before, inflammation of testicle, epidydimis or even a cancer can give such symptoms.
