Question : Have developed a vaginal discharge. Clear and a bit sticky. No pain, no itching.

I am so sorry to hear about this discharge that you have reported. If it is in small volumes, not offensive with no other symptoms, I will recommend that you monitor only and do nothing more. This should normally resolve spontaneously within 5-7days. If this persist beyond, then we will do a vaginal examination and test to make sure there is nothing we are missing out on.
