Is It Normal To Have Vein Like Appearance On The Scrotum?

Question: Dear Dr XXXXXXX
Its XXXXXXX you was answering my question in regards to the vein like appearance on my scrotum and you said this was of normal anatomical appearance.
I wanted to do a follow up question but accidently deleted my account.
Was this apperance normal? and is it normal for many males when the tesicles are in a tense state?
You also asked my age I am 26 years of age Sir.
There is no pain, only when I press this vein very hard - why does this happen? is that due to the force i am using or are such veins tender?
I have uploaded two pictures when my testicle is in a tense state. And 1 normal thank you sir
The picture is in a tense state
If Dr XXXXXXX isn't around can anyone else answer?

Brief Answer:
It looks fine. You should get examined.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Good to hear from you.
Sorry for the delay in answering the question.
It is quite normal for most males to have such veins on the surface of the scrotum.
They are usually not tender unless you press them hard.
If there is a doubt then you can get yourself examined by a Surgeon. You could also get an Ultrasound of the Scrotum done to visualize the veins of the Scrotum. That would tell all details regarding it. It is a painless investigation and can be done at any Radiology center. You could show to me if you are near XXXXXXX
Take care and do not worry. Do let me know the report if you get the Ultrasound done.

But Dr XXXXXXX from your experience and expertise it is a superficial vein right which can be left alone and a normal finding within men? Can I just leave it alone I don't want to get a ultrasound done as I will start to worry a lot.
So if it looks normal I can move on with life? And it is not a varicose vein? Please confirm thank you sir.
As you said before normal anamatocial appearance?

Brief Answer:
You can easily move on and nothing needs to be done presently.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
It is an absolutely normal finding in men.
It is not a Varicose vein. Do not worry.
It might become more twisted and slightly bigger very very slowly over a period of a number of years.
It can be left alone without any problem. You do not need to get anything done and please move on with life. It is a normal part of you and will never give you any problem.
Take care and stay healthy.
