What if i got heat stroke and feel dizziness but once I vomit or pass motion, I am fine again? this happened to me twice.

Usually it happens for the few hours after you got drunk until the GI tract is calmed down and alcohol won't give any more effect.
I advise to drink plenty of water to help clear your body off from alcohol.

thanks, but i dont mean after alcohol, i mean after i got heat stroke (under the hot sun for too long). i will feel dizziness after i walked or exercise under the hot sun for too long, but once i vomit or pass motion, my dizziness will be gone.
