Question : Hi doctor,
My baby is seven months old. Currently, we are feeding heritage milk 3 to 4 times a day(started from the past two days ,prior to this we were feeding her buffalo's milk) and cerelac wheat twice a day and idli mixed with milk once in the morning and arrowroot biscuit in the evening.She passes normal motion four to five times a day. Is this normal? And also, please let me know what else can we feed her ?

Apart from milk, you can also give. Vegetable soup
,mashed potatoes,banana, boiled and mashed apple,etc
In another 2 months you can start rice with dhal..
Idly is good.
Any new food introduce one by one at intervals of on week atleast to check for tolerance.
Regarding stools, 3-4 times is OK provided the consistency is normal.
