Question : İ got gynacomastie surgery before i started antipschotics called invega trinza(trevicta).now i m worried about galactorrhoea because my prolactine levels are high.is there any danger patients who develop galactorrhoea after gynacomastie surgery

Hello ,

First of all you need to stop taking invega trinza and take another drug instead .You may need to consult your psychiatrist about this .
Stopping invega may help you with galactorrhea and the breasts may get reduced gradually.
If the breasts don't get smaller after stopping the drug you can consider surgery.
Also check prolactin levels and hypophysis for possible prolactinoma.

İ got already surgery.my question is does this milk comes out from my breast or stuck in my tissues after surgery.
