Question : hello. my wife was diagnosed with h. pilory bacteria. she was prescribed 1 gram of amoxicilin and 500mg of claritromicine also some kind of ranitidine. she feels real dizzy when she take them. is it ok if she uses bonadine for dizziness?

Bonadine is not recommended for dizziness.
This medication can cause more dizziness as a side effect.
Dizziness while using antibiotics can be related to low blood sugar levels.
So, I recommend to use frequent small meals.
I also recommend to drink a lot of liquids and rest.
Also, a multivitamin would be very helpful while using antibiotics.
