Question : My daughter is 9 yrs old, she has small infection with while pus near by left knee. Is it okay to give Bandyplus syrup 10ml.

Thanks for writing to us.
Yes it is absolutely safe to give the medicine you mentioned . But it will not work for infection with pus in knee . This will need frequent washing with soap and water and antiseptic ointment like mupirocin. At least apply three times daily for a week.
If not improving in a few days need to examine her at local hospital.
