Question : is it possible that a patient assessed with psychosis can perform so well that when assessed by another psychriatric , with the result that she do not have mental illness ?

For diagnosis of psychosis sometime history from family members is necessary.
Difference in psychiatrist opinion may occur in following conditions:
-Absence or change of informant
-Lack of adequate information regarding patient
-Improvement in illness or symptoms after treatment
-Difference in skill of psychiatrist
-Last but less likely: difficult case leading to difference in opinion of different psychiatrist.
