Question: Is it possible for lethargy to be a side effect of 10 mg of Lisinopril? I am a 67 year old male with marginally high BP of typically 135 / 80. Other current meds:
1. Pramipexole, 3mg/day, 1 in theAM, 2 at night - For chronic Restless Leg Syndrome.
2. Tamsulosin, 0.4mg/day - For post kidney stone oblation.
3. Bupropion HCL, 100mg/day, 1 in the mornimg, 1 at night.
4. Lisinopril, 10mg/day, 1 in the morning.
5. Oxycodone-Acetominaphin, 5-325, 2x/day, 2 at night - For chronic, acute shoulder pain. Currently scheduled for full shoulder replacement.

Just a quick follow-up if I may. Any suggestions as to an alternative BP med for which lethargy is not a side effect? I will contact my Internest this week and have this same discussion. Thank You for your thoughts, they are appreciated.
