Hi I'm a 29 years old lady. I had problem with my period and is under treatment with progyluton for the first three cycles (December 2011 - February2011).As I am also trying to conceive, my gyneco gave me progyluton and serophene starting day 2 for the next 3 month (March - May). I didn't know when I have ovulated. I tried the core ovulation test on day 10 and today on day 18 , still negative ovulation. Is it possible that i ovulated before day 10. Here are my 3 last cycles:
(1) 14 Feb 2012
(2) 12 March 2012
(3) 10 March 2012

Yes, Ovulation can occur early sometimes even before 10th day of cycle when the cycles are shorter than usual. It is the second half of the period after ovulation that is fixed. If the Ovulation has occurred on 10th day, then its 14 days remaining after ovulation, then the cycle length for that particular cycle is 24 days. This happens in every cycle, the second half is usually 14days long.

Yes, I suspect your ovulation must have occurred much earlier. Ovulation usually occurs after 12th day when on medications. Do consult your gynecologist to decide on the dosage and revise them.
