Is It Possible That The Catheter Has Been Sutured?

Question: Back story, I’m 28 with two children 11&8 yo. This is my first ever cyst with no other related issues. Fourth degree tear during delivery of my first child, second was born cesarean for fear or damanging my already weak scar tissue.
So fast forward to now. I had a bartholin cyst drained on Tuesday at my Drs office. Typically I have a decent paint tolerance but the entire procedure that was suppose to take 10-15 took over 30 minutes. The first incision site was made at the entrance of my vagina but after making the incision, it was realized that the area was to far back, the second incision was made roughly two centimeters lateral and hurt much worse. I’m not sure if this is due to the inability for the lidocaine to spread? He added multiple injections but unfortunately I didn’t get a comforting result. After placing word catheter and putting stitches I was sent home with antibiotics, and toradol 10mg.
I’ve been struggling to walk normal still, and kinda felt that something wasn’t working how it should. Upon inspection this morning, I’ve discovered that it is over halfway out. I’ve called my doctors office and left voicemails but haven’t heard back yet. My concern is that it is literally dangling now and creating a sharp pulling sting. Sitting is out of the question. I’m concerned that it may be held in by the stitching because I can see the the mass majority of the expanded end, and it’s hanging with lord knows what. I’m definitely not interested in tugging on it, and I’m worried what I can do until I hear back. I’m also concerned that I’ll be required to have an additional insertion, which unfortunately I’ve already decided I’ll be refusing.

So, is it possible that the catheter has been sutured?
Brief Answer:
See details below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
I think that the catheter is sutured in order that it can stay in place and drain the fluids from the cyst.
The most important thing is that it stays in place and drain the fluid out.
You have to be patient till the treatment gives it's effects and you will feel better for sure. Removing the catheter and the stitches which hold it causes less pain than you experienced before.
Also as the cyst heals you will have less pain. Take ibuprofen for pain.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
