Question : I may have ocd with hiv. would I know if someone injected me or poked me with a needle? I didn't not feel anything but cannot tell if the mark on my back is a bite or blister. also, I had a test for uti today. would they look for hiv in urine sample? I've heard this is possible..

It is not possible to diagnose HIV with only symptoms.
HIV RNA test -- it is RNA-based test which detects the virus itself in your blood. You can test 9 to 11 days after exposure.
You have to visit local doctor or lab and enquire about this. If they are not doing it they will refer you to the lab where it is done.
No lab looks for HIV in the routine urine analysis.

thank you. what do they test for? I was told it was a culture or test for bacteria so they knew how to treat the uti? how many days will this take

Urine culture -- usually it takes three to four days. It is not for HIV.
