Brief Answer:
In first month, additional contraception is used for safety

Detailed Answer:

Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.

In my opinion if this is the first month you have started Novelon and started on first day of your period then additional contraception might not be necessary. But that is an ideal scenario and we cant say that there is no risk for pregnancy, in this situation.

Therefore, it is routine to use additional contraception like a condom or the ipill for the first month.

So if you do not want to take a single percent chance of pregnancy you might go for ipill.

Or else you can wait till the period.

If no period and the urine pregnancy test is positive then you can go for termination.

If you are using Novelon since more than a month then you need not worry. No need of ipill.

If in any case i dont get the period and also test is +ve then , in what way should i go for termination ? will that be safe ?
I m also getting married with a guy in April who will be new for me so How to hide that I m not virgin ?

Brief Answer:
You can go for medical termination

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, I got your query. I understand your concern.

In my opinion, usually if a pill is missed you can take two pills the next day.

But sorry, if you haven't done so the protection from pills might be lost in that cycle. So if at all you miss the period and test is positive then you can go for medical termination of pregnancy(MTP). Try to take MTP as soon if the test is positive. Mostly the test will be positive a week after missed period. It might be safe if taken under doctors supervision.

It is very difficult to find the virginity. Mostly that might be known to medical personnel after physical examination. So don't worry.

Hope this satisfies your query.

Feel free to ask any more queries.
Best regards...Dr.srilatha
