I had urine and semen samples collected - but the bacterial and fungal results all came back negative. Is it still possible to have an STI/STD or could it be s deeper issue like prostate or something?

You should know that having negative results of STI in urine and semen samples means that you are definitly free of gonorrhea, chlamydia and fungal infection (except HIV and HSV).
