Brief Answer:
Chlamydia/other STD remain asymptomatic in women, transmitted to partners.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

In women most of the STDs remain asymptomatic or not visible obviously owing to the anatomical nature.
Especially, Chlamydia infection affects the cervix. The discharge also not so profuse unless it associates with another discharge producing infection (mixed infection is possible). Vagina is a comparatively large space and the discharge would not be visible outside . Unlike in men urethra would not get affected. So no burning sensations.
So there is every chance for a lady to have STDs without any obvious symptoms and she would likely to transmit the infection to her partner. An examination and investigations on the vaginal and cervical discharge will reveal the cause and you can get treated. So consult your doctor and get well soon.
