                                    Brief Answer:
your question needs clarifications.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your anxiety.'
Your question will need to be clarified further.
A TURP operation doesn't destroy manhood.
So what exactly are you trying to clarify ?
Have you lost potency or not able to get erections after the surgery ?
What do you imply by writing, TURP reversal ?
Is it the pre-operative state ?
That's not possible.
Are you trying to mean, penile transplants or operations to restore potency ?
After receiving your clarifications,i shall answer your doubts.
Wish you well.

I want to be able to ejaculate normally not into my prostate. It was suggested that I had aggressive prostate cancer which I didn't. So I had a turp procedure I didnt need
I am happy to be a guinea pig for any alternate procedure and I dont care what the cost is to become involved.
I have been very depressed now for four years because of this. I don't want treatment for depression. I want to reverse it. I thought that dead people who donate organs might donate their prostates.
I am prepared to donate AUD $500,000 to someone or group who might be able to undertake some research into this.

                                    Brief Answer:
After a TURP,prostate gland transplant is not done.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Now your question seems to be clearer.
You had a TURP,as a treatment for possible ? cancer prostate.
After a TURP,the gland is sent for a biopsy, which reveals if cancer is present.
Also a test, called PSA,is done before surgery,to screen for cancer prostate.
So send these two reports, for me to be able to give an expert opinion.
Now once a prostate gland is operated, ejaculation occurs into the bladder.
This will not change, unless the gland reforms.
So far, there's no way a prostate gland can be reformed or transplanted.
As it's done to relieve urinary symptoms,it's an ablative operation.
If keen for research purpose,a cytology and tissue culture study cab be considered.
You'll have to send a proposal to finance the study.
Till date,no such research has been done.
Wish you well.
