Question : I got my periods today.i want to stop it.as I have XXXXXXX at home on 11 march.please help me

Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
You cannot stop it completely instantly but can try taking tranexemic acid tablets 500 mg three times a day till flow stops and most likely it will stop the flow by 10th night.
