Is It Really Safe And OK During This Trimester To Take Primolut Injection 500mg?

Question: Hi doctor, I am 26 weeks pregnant (1st baby) and has slight bleeding twice. When i went to ER yesterday they administered 500mg primolut injection to me saying it'll keep my baby safe. Is it really safe and OK during this trimester to take 500mg?
