Hello and thanks for query.
Since tattoo involves breach of skin,one has danger of skin infections,HIV,hepatitis B,hepatitis C,tuberculosis,allergic reactions reactions if the instruments or needles used are not sterlised properly.
There is no danger for a CHF patient if he gets a tattoo.
