Question : Hi - I am switching from 50 mg of zoloft to 10 mg of celexa due to sexual side effects of zoloft.
I haven't gotten clear instructions from the doctor about how to make the transition without having the most withdrawal. I know they are both small doses so I am not sure exactly how to go about it.
Thanks!

Brief Answer:
Stop gradually
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Stop zoloft gradually, means take 25 mg zoloft for 1 week, then 12.5 mg for 1 more week. And start celexa on the last day of zoloft. Means on 14th day both drugs has to be taken and from 15th day only take celexa.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards
