Question : Good Afternoon, received a response from Dr. XXXXXXX A.T. 6 days ago and have not reply back to the other details.
- is uric acid test need fasting? have not yet check my uric acid levels. will do a test this week and will come back to you soon for the result.
- the pain or swelling experienced during the day.
Have noticed this joint pain in my fingers sometime in 2022.

Good day. Just want to consult it seems my weakest joints are in my both hands (photo attached) which as you can see from the picture sometime my little finger can feel pain and redness. Also my second finger too for both hands.
I am taking medicine Glucosamine Sulfate (Joint Ease) and Citrate de magnesium for 2 months now.
Also sometimes avoiding food that is high in uric acid.
Appreciate your guidance what's best to do.

I would recommend a few more tests to rule out common joint pathology like rheumatoid arthritis which usually affects small joints.
Do get the
C reactive protein (CRP)
Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)
Rheumatoid factor ( RA)
Along with uric acid test.
Once, reports are out come back for discussion.
