Question : Hi Doc,

Currently we are trying for baby from couple of months and trying to avoid any medication which might hinder the process.

But i have a sever migrane problems which occurs sometimes, and i use to take NAXDOM 250 which used to give me great relief but as we are planning for baby, read that its not safe to consume now.

Can you please advice some alternative as the headache sometimes is unbearable.

In your case, using nasal spray for migraines is a good alternative.

Verapamil use also is considered a category C for use in pregnancy, so, it could be used also control migraines.
