Brief Answer:
Not well studied, but no known interaction

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for the query.
Prevagan's main ingredient is Apoaequorin. This does not affect the liver/ intestinal enzymes that are involved in the metabolism of warfarin.
Therefore it should not affect the INR or lead to any interaction.
Apoaequorin is not a well researched product and if you decide to take it, please check your INR after a week to see if it is affecting the anti-coagulant effect of warfarin, which has to be kept in the normal range for the proper functioning of the mitral valve.
Best wishes.
