Brief Answer:
You are not in trouble!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I have reviewed your information fully and you are in no trouble for pain control. These are slow release tablets and save you the inconvenience of taking instant relief tablets several times a day. I do not anticipate any difficulties at this time. However, the dosage of pain medications is greatly dictated by your pain and not a standard dosing. Should you experience and report sever pains than before, the dosage can always be adjusted and or new medications brought on board. This means that, what the starting dose is never poses a problem as long as you stay in contact with your doctor and get the necessary treatment review and adjustments as need arises.

IN all, you are in no trouble. If pain seems worse, talk to your doctor and the dosage can always be increased.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Thanks you so much Dr. Chobufo Ditah. It makes me feel better and I will follow your advise if I feel discomfort. Am I assuming correctly that the power of 4 slow release Oxycontin 10 mg is equivalent to the power of 10 hydrocodone 10 mg?
