Question : Hi! My daughter just turned 11yrs. Old and she has been taking Gummi Vites since she was 2yrs. Old. Should I switch her to another kind of vitamins to accommodate the changes that are occurring in her growth? Or, should I just double the dosage of her Gummi Vites? Thanks- XXXXXX

There are many appropriate vitamins sold over the counter for this age group. I do not recommend doubling the gummy vit dosage. You should be able to find age appropriate vitamins at your local pharmacy. If you have trouble finding them, you can ask the pharmacist. You may wany to consider bringing your daughter along so she can help pick from the choices.
