Brief Answer:
yes can travel safely

Detailed Answer:
Hello, there is no problem in taking a flight after hysterectomy.
But take care if following points -
- keep flexing and extending your legs in between during flight
- drink lots of water
- wear compression stockings
- in case you feek any tightness in chest or air hunger then inform the crew as soon as possible.
All the best.
