Question : Hi this is regarding my mothers eye Surgery which is scheduled on July 26th. we have gone through various checks including ECG. The ECG report shows a bit of m fluctuation with BP hence doctor adviced to check with the cardiologist to confirm if it is safe to go ahead with the cataract surgery next week or if any medication has to be taken before the surgery?
Brief Answer:
Cataract surgery should be ok
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
In my opinion, if it is a bit of fluctuation with BP, then a cataract surgery should be ok. However since ophthalmologist wants an opinion from a cardiologist, kindly post a specialist query for cardiologist so that you can get their reply
