Question: Hi doc. Am a 23 year old overweight girl. I would like to go for lavatron fat reduction treatment. Please brief me about the safety of this treatment. Can I go ahead with this?

The procedure is quite safe. There are no side effects with this.
It stimulates the synthesis of new collagen and also stimulates re-modelling of already existing collagen.
It has a lifting effect of loose saggy skin. Therefore it is mainly used for body firming rather than for fat loss.
However, if you want to go for fat reduction too you may combine this with other fat loss treatments like cryolipolysis or coolsculpting.
