Is It Safe To Have 5mg Pregnenolone Every Day?
Question: My blood work showed low pregnenolone of less than 10mg. I had a oophorectomy 2 years ago and surgery for hormone negative breast cancer. My doctor wants me to take pregnenolone supplements. Is a low dosage of 5mg safe?

It is called cyclic therapy means use of low dosage of hormone for short period of time, then break for a few weeks then again start the drug.
It will lessen the side effect of drug and decrease the chances of adrenal damage.
