Brief Answer:
Yes you can

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

aleve contains a potent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) called naproxen. This is a very efficient substance against pain, although pain of nerve origin can be difficult to treat and may require other drugs too (like opioids for example).
This is a first good step though. Please remember to avoid using aleve if you have a history of peptic ulcer, uncontrolled arterial hypertension, liver problems, kidney disease or are allergic to it and use it only when absolutely necessary. The less you use it, the better!

I hope you find my answer helpful!
