Question : sir in pregnancy (5th month) patient is not sleeping for 4 to 5 days the patient can take restyl 0.5 mg or dothipin 75mg please suggest to me

In pregnancy its safe to go with Dothiepin at a dose of 25 mg a day.

Restyl is reported to cause lip abnormalities in the new born when taken before 9th month of pregnancy.
